3/21 1425Z (1625 local Friday afternoon): The 51-years-old pilot of a Be36 died, and his six-year-old daughter suffered “serious” burn injuries, after the pilot reported engine failure immediately after takeoff from Bonn-Hangelar Airfield, Bonn, Germany. The Aviation Safety Network reports:

D-EDEG (EA-447) was a 1998 B36TC.

2/25 1845Z (1345 local Tuesday afternoon): A Be33 “slid off the end of the runway during landing” at Lenoir, North Carolina, “after [its] engine lost power while enroute.” The solo pilot escaped injury and airplane damage is “unknown.” N7697N (CD-1201) is a 1968 E33. 

(“Engine failure in flight”—and not reported until nearly a month after the event).

3/19 1925Z (1425 local Wednesday afternoon): A Be55 “landed and [its] nose gear collapsed,” at Grenada, Mississippi. The two aboard were unhurt; airplane damage is “unknown.” N4455B (TC-2203) is a 1979 B55.

3/22 1620Z (1220 local Saturday afternoon): A Be36 struck a parked PA32 while taxiing for departure at Hilton Head, South Carolina. The Bonanza suffered “unknown” damage while the Piper received “substantial” damage. N338D (E-2392) is a 1987 A36.
