2/6 0049Z (1849 local Wednesday evening 2/5): A Be58 received “substantial” damage, but the solo pilot escaped with “minor” injuries, when the Baron “crashed under unknown circumstances in a wooded area” at Pine Bluff, Arkansas. N138TL (TJ-362) is a 1981 58P.

2/9 1754Z (1254 local Sunday afternoon): A Be36’s nose gear collapsed during landing at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The three aboard escaped injury despite “substantial” airplane damage. N129RJ (E-1752) is a 1980 A36.
