New Reports This Week

The FAA preliminary accident reporting website has been down during the times I’ve had available to write an Update for this week. I have used this time to audit my reports for the year to date, and to incorporate several NTSB preliminary and final reports that have been posted since before I left to work at Oshkosh. I’ll resume normal reporting next week, assuming the FAA ASIAS system access is restored.
