BEECH REPORT for June 22, 2023

6/15 2230Z (1730 local Thursday afternoon): The pilot of a Be95 “diverted due to possible low fuel.” Subsequently the pilot “attempted a controlled landing in a cornfield” at Edna, Texas. The pilot, alone in the aircraft, was not injured; damage to the Travel Air is “unknown”. N99PL (TD-285) is registered in Brookshire, Texas.

(“Precautionary landing in a field/low fuel”–there is nothing else online about this event as of this writing. The aircraft has not appeared on FlightAware since October 2020).
